What is your return and exchange policy?

Any tangible product ordered from Trax4Life Media's web site(s) may be returned within 30 days of delivery. All tangible product must be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging, including all items and components originally packaged (CD sealed not broken) with the product (documentation, manuals, accessories, etc.). THE FOREGOING RETURN POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO ITEMS IN OUR ONLINE INVENTORY WHICH ARE MARKED AS “NO RETURN” ITEMS.  Your downloadable purchase is backed by my 30-day money-back guarantee. If for any reason, you have spent time with kids using my products and you don't feel I have met your expectations, I'll gladly refund your entire purchase.

 

How do I return something?

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. within that time period with your customer number, order confirmation number, the product(s) you wish to return, and your reason(s) for returning the product(s). We will respond via email with a Product Return Authorization Number (“PRA#”) and instructions on how to return the product(s). You are responsible for the cost of shipping and brokerage fees when shipping a product back to us.

What if I change my mind after I order something?

If you change your mind regarding a product you have ordered and decide to cancel the order after it has already shipped, but before it has been delivered to you, you must still accept the delivery. If you refuse to accept delivery, you will still be liable for any brokerage charges and duty incurred upon its return to Trax4Life Media.

How will I be refunded?

For refunds on product returned from orders paid by check, money order or wire transfer of funds, we will mail you a check. Credit card or PayPal, your account will be credited the purchase price. How long before I get my refund?

Once we get your package and inspect the products, we will send you an email confirming credit total. Credit will be issued within 5 business days. Please understand that banking institution need time to process the credit.

I received my order, but some items are damaged?

If you receive any product from us in damaged condition, please inform the carrier and us immediately or at the latest within 7 days after receiving the package. We strongly suggest you keep the original packaging, and any paperwork that came in the box.
